Used when someone is trying to tell you something and you have no interest in what they are saying, so you put your hand up and say "Care!"
Girl: OMG i had the best day ever today!
Boy: CARE! (with hand motion)
Girl: (runs away crying)

A very common saying among young people today, especially in Catholic Schools, meaning the opposite of the intended meaning of the word (i.e. I don't care).

Variants include "Will care," "Do care," and "Care about ____."
"Do care about math class"

"Go Raiders Woo!"
"Care about the Raiders."

4 - a recently used North American slang that emphasizes your lack of interest in a matter or to simply interrupt someone in conversation.
