Sweat, dampness, wetness (from perspiration or anything perspiring) of the grundle area. It is a pandemic that has afflicted many people. The supporters of SGS have planned a 10K benefit run/walk to support research and the potential cure for SGS. Currently, there is no cure, but there is hope. Treatment for SGS symptoms and breakout can be implemented through the use of an applicator tip.
Jill: Yo, Jutchery, I have SGS .

SGS
Short guy syndrome. A short often pudgy male, usually in his teenage years, that acts out toward everyone, especially his taller peers, to compensate for his lack of stature.
San Juan: "Why's Raup such a jerk all the time?"
Me: "Oh don't worry about him. He's got a really bad case of SGS."
San Juan: "Oh..."

SGS
Sloppy Girl Swag.

a girl who is quite drunk and sloppy (puking, falling, and extreme loudness/slirring of words is consistent with being sloppy); therefore has a "sloppy swag". saying deriving from the saying/song single girl swag which came from pretty boy swag. this however is not a song nor saying but a way of life. :)

SGS
Single Guy Syndrome: It causes incessant rambling (from the affected) usually about things that the listener doesn't care. The best treatment for this condition is to just be polite and listen.
It's pretty clear he has SGS, he keeps ranting about his boring previous jobs, probably because he doesn't have a significant other to listen to him.
